Pricing questions

Free is exactly that: the open-source product under the MIT licence, run on your own machine, with no subscription and no usage limit. Pro and Max are hosted plans billed per month in USD on usage, never per seat. The price depends on how much your team runs, so it is agreed on a short call rather than quoted here.

Because the number would be wrong for most teams. Usage and whether you bring your own model keys change it enough that a single figure would either overcharge light users or undercharge heavy ones. The call takes fifteen minutes and ends with a written quote.

Nothing to us. You pay your model provider for the tokens you use, plus whatever the machine costs you. Point it at Ollama or LM Studio and the models run on hardware you already own, so there is no API bill at all.

On usage. Pro and Max are a monthly fee for a usage allowance, with more available if you go over it. There is no per-seat charge, so adding people to the workspace costs nothing, and no per-workflow fee on top of usage.

Yes. The MIT licence permits commercial use, modification and redistribution, with no revenue threshold and no separate commercial licence to buy. The hosted plans are for commercial use by design.

Yes. The hosted plans run the same open-source software, so moving is a data move rather than a rewrite. Max includes migration help; on Pro, ask on the call.

Partly. Agent runs connected to memory calculate USD cost from provider-reported usage, where the provider reports it, and that spend is visible in the API credentials panel. It is a spend indicator rather than a complete audit log of every request.
